Ordering Information

I hope to have a shopping cart working on this site in the near future. In the meantime, orders will be handled manually. To place an order, please send me an e-mail with the following information:

Your name and address
Item(s) you would like to purchase
Special shipping instructions, if any (overnight, 2^nd day, etc.)
Preferred payment method
I will e-mail you back with the exact total and instructions on how to send the payment. I try to be very responsive to order inquiries, usually replying the same or the next day.

Shipping Methods

I ship via the U.S. Postal Service, using either First Class or Priority rates.

Packages over $20 must be insured at the buyer’s cost. If you require special shipping (two day or overnight service, etc.), please ask. I will accommodate you if possible. Priority/insured shipping is $4.50 (until the rates change again in June); First Class is weight-dependant and may be significantly less expensive. Please e-mail for First Class rates on a specific item.

Guarantees and Returns:

No matter how good a picture might be, no matter how hard I try to describe items accurately, mistakes can be made. I want buyers to be happy with their purchases and not feel “stuck” with an item. I take returns on all items (except on custom orders).

If I have made an error in describing an item, I will pay for postage both ways, along with the full price of the item. In other cases, the price of the item only will be returned.

Buyer should notify me within three days of delivery if they intend to return an item.

Payment Methods

I accept checks, money orders, and Visa/Mastercard through PayPal.

Alterations

These are all one-of-a-kind designs. As such, I want them to be right for you. Since we are not all the same size, sometimes adjustments need to be made for proper fit. If you need a length changed or one color isn’t quite what you want, don’t hesitate to contact me about it. In most cases, there is no charge for this service, but on particularly elaborate designs, there may be a small charge. Besides lengthening or shortening necklaces and bracelets, I can substitute clasps, earring findings, etc. My goal is to have the jewelry be as good a fit for you as we can get!
